One of the projects we completed in early 2014 was a complete remodel of 110 Union St. Rockland, Maine. Previously a dilapidated single family home, the owner who had recently purchased the property as an investment wanted a retail space on the first floor and an apartment on the second. This was definitely a much better use of the space considering the commercial development in the are as well as the need for affordable apartment options in the area.
