Renovations To A Historic Property On Bayview St. in Camden, ME

We were thrilled to be asked to be a part of this special remodel on Bay View St. in Camden, ME!

This historic home, designed by well known Maine architect John Calvin Stevens, has been a fixture on the water in Camden Harbor since it was constructed in 1913 – and it was an honor to get to help bring her back to life.

After years of life on the waters edge, this special home had some big areas of rot and needed new windows as well as new systems throughout. It also needed a big update design wise.

While The Potter Building Company took care of the literal nuts and bolts of the project, it was architectural and interior designer  Linda Banks who brought it to life!
