During the summer of 2014, The Potter Building Company had the pleasure of turning an old insurance office on Main Street in Rockland, Maine that was stuck in the 1970s into a beautiful space for a fabric and crafts store called Clementine. The transformation was spectacular as you can see below.
Leah, Clementine’s owner, wanted to bring in more natural light than the space offered previously to spotlight the fabrics and other items in the store. Clementine also occupies a corner lot; prime real estate for any business. However, only one side of the store really catered to passers by. Adding a large picture window along the opposite wall solved both of these issues.
The space itself is very clean and crisp. From the light wood floors to the minimalist trim, the entire store welcomes customers in and encourages them to make something beautiful. We’re so honored that Leah chose The Potter Building Company for her Rockland Maine remodel, and we hope you’ll contact us to see how we can help make your space exactly how you’ve always wanted it too.
