This client was referred to us by another past client we also worked for on Beaucaire Ave. in Camden, Maine. They were hoping to add some space to their rental home on Megunitcook Lake by converting the basement into livable space. In order to do this we built them a new set of stairs down to the basement floor then added a bathroom, a bedroom and a living room.
This project was fairly straight forward aside from an egress window that we had to add. The owners were pleased with the renovations on their lake house and have shared with us that they’ve received quite a few compliments from their guests.
