Megunticook Lake in Camden, Maine is one of the most beautiful places in the area. And that’s saying a lot because most of Midcoast Maine is pretty lovely! The Potter Building Company was fortunate enough to have another opportunity to work on a very unique Megunticook Lake property during 2017-2018; the very aptly named Sweetwater property.
Sweetwater is on a point of land right in what many refer to as the “lake city” area of Megunticook Lake. Originally a true Maine camp, when our clients were lucky enough to purchase it they hoped to completely renovate the property to bring it up to date inside and out, while maintaining the camp feel of the property.
Given the state of the place, we started with a new foundation and worked our way up from there. We hope you enjoy the images from this exciting midcoast Maine renovation.
